Description
A Heritage Thickener with Distinctive Character
CaMasi Maison™ Premium Ground Ogbono Seeds are finely milled from carefully selected African bush mango kernels. Traditionally used throughout West African cooking, ground Ogbono transforms simmering broth into a smooth, richly textured soup with its celebrated natural draw.
Its gently nutty, earthy character complements palm oil, crayfish, stockfish, dried fish, meats and leafy vegetables without overpowering the finished dish.
