At Camasi Maison™, shipping is approached as an extension of the Maison experience itself — intentional, carefully prepared, and thoughtfully fulfilled. From protective packaging to delivery coordination, we aim to ensure every order arrives with the same level of care with which it was curated.

ORDER PROCESSING


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of elevated demand or seasonal activity, processing timelines may be slightly extended. Once an order has been prepared for fulfillment, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS


Camasi Maison™ currently ships within the United States. We continue to explore future international shipping capabilities as the Maison expands its global reach.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY


Estimated delivery timelines begin once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations, destination accessibility, seasonal demand, or external conditions.

SHIPPING RATES


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination, package dimensions, shipment weight, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping costs are displayed prior to order confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING


Once your shipment has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY


Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations fall under the responsibility of the carrier. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Camasi Maison™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

RISK OF LOSS


Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the designated carrier.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS


If a shipment appears delayed or lost, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If additional assistance is required, Camasi Maison™ may assist in coordinating communication with the carrier where reasonably possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL


Camasi Maison™ is not responsible for delays resulting from weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and external packaging. Upon verification, an appropriate resolution may be arranged.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Camasi Maison™ is not liable for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES


Packages returned due to incorrect address information, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability to access the delivery location may require additional shipping fees before reshipment can be arranged.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS


In certain situations, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments based on inventory availability, product type, or fulfillment logistics. Customers will be notified if an order is dispatched in separate packages.

FOOD PRODUCT CONSIDERATIONS


Due to the nature of food and consumable products, customers are encouraged to retrieve delivered packages promptly and store products according to recommended handling instructions to maintain product integrity and quality.
